Imron® 1.2 HG™ is a high gloss, isocyanate-free, single component, VOC conforming (1.2 lbs/gal), “zero” HAPs coating based on unique DuPont waterborne polyurethane copolymer technology. The resulting highly durable coating establishes a new standard of performance for waterborne coatings delivering very good chemical and corrosion resistance.

SUGGESTED USES:
As a high gloss topcoat over properly prepared and primed carbon steel (blasted, phosphate-treated, mill scale bearing),
galvanized steel, stainless steel, treated aluminum, e-coat, concrete, concrete block, fiberglass, wood and many plastics where:
♦ Low VOC and/or “zero” HAPs coating is required
♦ Minimizing environmental impact and reducing cost for permitting, abatement and waste disposal are important
♦ 30 minute recoat, 2 hour air cure or 20 minute bake will improve productivity
♦ One component, no induction time and unlimited pot life minimize work and speed preparation time.
♦ Application by brush and roller, in addition to spraying, may be necessary.

Imron® 1.5 ST-D™ is a satin gloss, isocyanate-free, single component, VOC conforming (1.5 lbs/gal), “zero” HAPs coating based on unique DuPont waterborne polyurethane copolymer technology. The resulting highly durable coating establishes a new standard of performance for waterborne coatings delivering very good chemical and corrosion resistance.

SUGGESTED USES:
As a coating on properly prepared carbon steel (blasted, phosphate-treated, mill scale bearing), galvanized steel, stainless
steel, treated aluminum, e-coat, concrete, concrete block, fiberglass, wood and many plastics where:
♦ Low VOC and/or “zero” HAPs coating is required
♦ Minimizing environmental impact and reducing cost for permitting, abatement and waste disposal are important

Based upon patented DuPont formulations and resin technology, Imron® Industrial Strength is the fastest Imron® yet, providing the “Wet Look that Lasts” with the lowest environmental impact. Imron® Industrial Strength, mix quality GN, is a high gloss, 0.3 lbs/gal VOC conforming, low HAPS, polyurethane topcoat. The resulting finish product provides a brush, roll or sprayable topcoat suitable for use in any environment where long term color and gloss retention are desired.

Based upon patented DuPont formulations and resin technology, Imron® Industrial Strength is the fastest Imron® yet, providing the “Wet Look that Lasts” with the lowest environmental impact. Imron® Industrial Strength qualities Semi Gloss (GO), Satin Gloss (GP) and Flat (GQ) are reduced gloss, 0.3 lbs/gal VOC conforming, low HAPS, polyurethane topcoats.
The resulting finish product provides a brush, roll or sprayable topcoat suitable for use in any environment where long term color and variable gloss are desired.

The resulting highly durable coating establishes a new standard of performance for waterborne coatings delivering very good chemical and corrosion resistance.

SUGGESTED USES:
As a flat clear topcoat over properly prepared and coated carbon steel (blasted, phosphate-treated, mill scale bearing),
galvanized steel, stainless steel, treated aluminum, e-coat, concrete, concrete block, fiberglass, wood and many plastics where:

Imron® Industrial Strength Low VOC Polyurethane Primer is a durable, fast dry, high solids, two- package, VOC conforming, 0.8 lbs/ gal, for most conditions, low HAPS product based on DuPont polyurethane technology, producing an acrylic polyurethane primer which can be brushed, rolled or sprayed. The resulting product delivers high performance and provides a smooth surface for maximum topcoat appearance.
